Using Maternity Pillow Efficiently



The pregnancy pillow can be used to sleep comfortably when you are pregnant. Here are few ways to use it more effectively.

1. First lay on the bed in a normal sleeping position to make it better for your body. Try to find a comfortable position or use a standard sleeping position that continues.

2. Keep the pregnancy pillow on one side of the body to sleep on your back. Slightly turn your body to a side to relieve pressure on the uterus as well as abdominal nerves.

3. Keep the pillow between the knees and then hug it using your arm which is good for a side-sleeper. This will help to keep the spine aligned to avoid any stress on your back.

4. Keep the arm and leg on the pillow to sleep on your stomach which will help to continue using your favorite sleeping position.
