3. During the first trimester the women may feel tired similar to the one who are 9 months pregnant. Sleep well whenever it is possible and go to bed early as you and baby need additional sleep.
4. The women who are engaged with exercise regularly before getting pregnant can resume it during their pregnancy also, however the women who don’t do regular exercise must never start a new one now.
