Morning sickness is mostly experienced by pregnant women during the first trimester. Here are few natural ways to avoid a morning sickness.

1. Take a 1 tbsp of honey and mix it with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar along with a glass of cold water. Drink it before going to bed to eases nausea in the morning.

2. Eat dry crackers without anything to drink in the bed half an hour before getting up from the bed. Get out of the bed slowly because rising quickly can increase the feelings of morning sickness.

3. Try fresh ginger to avoid morning sickness which is an effective in way treat it effectively. Add a 2-inch piece of ginger root into boiling water and leave it to steep for 15 minutes and drink it.

4. Drink sparingly along with meals and have fluids half an hour before eating your meals and half an hour after.
