1. Stop drinking cold beverages or avoid eating anything that is below room temperature. Cold fluids may impede blood flow and also cause cramps. Make sure that you keep your out of the refrigerator for about half an hour before eating it.

2. Try to avoid coffee because caffeine is a stimulant that can cause cramps. Stop eating spicy food as it also has a same effect as caffeine.
