For every women Menopause is an important phase. Menopause leads to many changes in your body, habituate and diet. After many pause one must be careful about the changes in their body, body parts, fitness, lifestyle and health. One more important thing maintaining your body slim like before. Here are some useful health tips which are to be followed after Menopause-
*Eat proper and health food. Do not take bulk amount of food at a time. Take little amount of food in regular intervals of time. Try eating less in the nights and more in afternoons.
*Change your intake of fat quantity. Add vegetables, oats, fruits, dairy items in your diet. Eat lots of black grapes and avoid junk food.
*A regular health and dental check up once in two months or twice in 6 months is a must.
*Bresh your teeth twice a day and go for regular dental checkup. Use adult tooth paste like Senso form and others because leads to loss of tooth.
*Breast cancer has become very common now-a-days. Reduce the risk of breast cancer by ding physical exercises.
*Beware of sugar and B.P. They are very common diseases which tend to occur after Menopause. Intake of more water is a must and should.
