Avoid These Foods During Hot Flashes

During a menopause there will be different types of experience that will be faced by most of the women. One of such problem is hot flashes and it can be prevented by stopping few foods.
1. Avoid spicy foods that have hot pepper as they can cause a hot flash. The spicy foods include capsaicin/cayenne, ginger and pepper which increases the body heat.
2. Stop consuming alcoholic drinks such as wine and beer as they heat up the body and also cause great strain on the liver. Alcohol can also cause an epinephrine release which may trigger a hot flash.
3. Try to avoid foods which contain more sugar as they are a highly acidic substance which can cause energy-level surges and also trigger hot flashes.
