Avoid Chlorine Damaged Hair

When you spend too much time in the swimming pool can keep you cool during the summer, but at the same time the chlorine can damage the hair. It can be easily avoided by following few simple methods.

1. Cover the hair before you enter the chlorine water pool by using swim caps. It can look silly for some people, but it can save your hair from getting damaged.

2. Take a shower before entering into the pool water. The hair will absorb more nonchlorinated water by doing this which will have less place hair to let the other water in.

3. Use club soda for rinsing your hair immediately after coming out of the chlorinated water.

4. Wash the hair using a shampoo to remove the chlorinated water completely. If you leave the chlorinated without washing there is possibility of breakage after drying.
