How to Retain Business/Professional Look During Hot Summer Days
Nothing looks more professional than a woman’s business suit but working in a suit during hot summer days is simply a torture. However, you can retain your business/profession look without the sweating.
How to dress to work during hot summer days depends on your company’s dressing code. If a sleeveless blouse is not an option you should opt for three quarter or short-sleeved blouses and shirts that are made from linen which is very light and will keep you cool. Linen is also an excellent choice if you have to wear long trousers though you should avoid flowing pants resembling pajama bottoms as well as sporty models. Skirts and dresses are by far the most comfortable outfit during hot summer days and enable you to retain your business look as well. However, choose fabrics that breathe.
Good color choice is just as important as light fabrics. Black is very elegant but it is the worst choice possible during hot summer days. Dress in white and bright colors that reflex sunlight rather than attracting it like dark colors.
