Grapeseed oil can be perfect choice to keep the moisture in the skin and also help to to get a smoother face by reducing dryness and irritation.

6. Try a humidifier to keep the moisture into the skin and make sure that the humidifier is clean to avoid bacteria and fungi buildup. To make your skin smooth, you must follow a proper diet which is high in alkaline-forming foods such as fruits, vegetables and nuts with omega-3 fatty acids.
